A: The minimum order quantity depends on the label size, material and process way; we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation.

A: The general production time is about 7 working days after receiving your order confirmation. And the delivery time depends on the distance from China to your country and the Shipping lines or airlines.

Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free?

A: Yes, we can provide the sample. And we will charge the sample fee with freight collect, Sample charge means set up charge for production line, little quantity we suggest that straight for production. For Large quantity, sample fee is 100% refund when you place an order.

Q: What is your term of payment?

A: 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.

Q: What’s your term of the delivery?

A: Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Qingdao. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We’ll offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.
